PRODUCT CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

WARRANTY FOR THE WALL PANELS PRODUCTS

The Wall Panels, a corporation with its home office at 1300 Stirling Rd #4b, Dania Beach Florida 33004, United States, (“Seller”). The term “Seller” refers to WallPanels.com, and the term “Buyer” refers to the individual or entity whose name and address appear on the attached quote. Both parties agree to the following terms as of the date the deposit is received:

  1. Agreement to Purchase

    • Seller agrees to sell and Buyer agrees to purchase the products listed on www.shop.wallpanels.com for the specified purchase price.
    • Full payment must be received prior to shipping the order.
    • No changes or modifications to this contract may be made unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.
    • This contract shall be governed by the laws of the state of 1300 Stirling Rd #4b, Dania Beach Florida 33004, United States.
  2. Non-Transferability & Modifications

    • This contract cannot be assigned in whole or in part by either party.
    • No oral or extrinsic agreements shall modify the terms herein.
  3. Execution of Agreement

    • This contract may be executed in counterparts, and electronic or facsimile signatures will be considered valid.

WARRANTY POLICY

Limited Warranty

The Wall Panels guarantees that the products listed on the accompanying quote or purchase order are free from defects in workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage Includes:
Manufacturer Defects – Covers workmanship issues on delivered products.
Material Integrity – Ensures the durability of materials under normal use conditions.
Structural Performance – Products will remain functional and structurally sound within the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions:
Normal Wear & Tear – Scratches, fading, discoloration, or damage from regular use.
Improper Installation – Damage resulting from incorrect installation or modifications.
Environmental Factors – Issues caused by water exposure, extreme weather, or fire.
Custom Orders & Trimmed Products – Products that have been altered, cut, or modified in any way.
Misuse or Negligence – Damage caused by spills, chemicals, or improper cleaning.

This limited warranty does not apply to products installed or used in conditions beyond standard residential or commercial applications.

Claims Process

  • Buyer must inspect the order upon arrival and report any damages immediately before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Hidden damage due to freight mishandling is not the responsibility of the Seller. Buyer must file a freight claim with the shipping carrier.
  • If a product is deemed defective within the warranty period, the Seller will repair, replace, or issue a credit at its discretion.

CLAIMS & RETURN POLICY

Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return, the product must be:
Unused & Uninstalled – Must be in original condition.
In Original Packaging – Including tags and wrapping.
Returned within 100 Days – From the date of purchase.

Items NOT Eligible for Return:
Used or Installed Products
Samples & Custom Orders
Trimmed or Cut Panels
Clearance & Discounted Items

Return Process:

  1. Contact shop@wallpanels.com with images of the product and packaging.
  2. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • All prices on www.shop.wallpanels.com are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Orders must be paid in full before processing and shipping.
  • Taxes & Fees – Buyer is responsible for all applicable state and local taxes.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Timelines:

  • All in-stock products are shipped within 1 business day.
  • Delivery times range from 1-5 business days, depending on the destination.

Freight & Damage Claims

  • Inspect your order upon arrival. If damage is visible, note it on the bill of lading before signing.
  • If damage is found, do not accept the shipment.
  • Freight claims must be filed by the Buyer. Seller is not responsible for shipping-related damage once the product leaves our facility.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

  • Seller is not responsible for damages beyond the purchase price of the product.
  • No claims for labor costs, installation, modifications, or indirect damages will be accepted.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Seller shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver due to natural disasters, strikes, material shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.


TAXES & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

  • Prices do not include applicable sales taxes unless explicitly stated.
  • Buyer is responsible for any new taxes, tariffs, or fees imposed after purchase.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed and enforced under the laws of the state of Florida, United States
