How do I return an item?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. A proof of purchase is required. Before returning, we ask for photos of the undamaged packaging to ensure a smooth process.
To start a return, contact us at shop@wallpanels.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
What can be returned?
- Items returned within 100 days of purchase
- Unused items in original condition
- Products in original packaging with all tags attached
What cannot be returned?
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or installed items
- Samples
- Trimmed or cut panels

I received a damaged item!
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please inspect it upon delivery and take clear photos of the damage. Contact us immediately via info@wallpanels.com so we can assess the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
What are the refund options?
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.

Once your return is approved, we will send detailed shipping instructions via email.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
